MR. DOUGLAS EBENSTEIN

Mr. Douglas Ebenstein is a major leasing and development professional in the Washington DC Metropolitan region, this includes Maryland and Virginia and various suburbs along the eastern coast.

An enormous site that is both commercial and residential, just minutes from Washington, D.C., our nation’s capital, in Alexandria, Virginia was developed by Capital Commercial Properties. It is home to several hundred units used as residents and many commercial spaces for national tenants.

Eden Center, Inc. is proud to call Doug Ebenstein its president. The company owns and manages a major cultural destination on the East Coast, an Asian shopping center. Eden Center is responsible for transforming the shopping center into what it is today, complete with over 100 premier tenants and over 20 fine restaurants offering fine Vietnamese cuisine. To recognize the transformation of the Eden Center, Falls Church, Virginia named it as “Most Improved Commercial Property” in 1997. Washington City Paper also voted also voted Eden Center as “Best Shopping Center” in 2014 and 2015.
